By downloading, accessing, or using digital products from Nichijou Japan ID, you automatically agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. These terms are legally binding and designed to protect Intellectual Property Rights in accordance with applicable copyright laws and digital regulations (including the ITE Law in the Republic of Indonesia).

1. Personal Use License

All digital products provided by Nichijou Japan ID are strictly intended for personal use only. All copyrights remain the sole property of Nichijou Japan ID. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use this product.

2. Prohibition of Distribution and Modification

Piracy and illegal distribution are strict violations of the law. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reselling the digital product in any shape or form.
  • Sharing access links (whether for free or paid) with third parties.
  • Modifying, altering, or copying the contents of the product to claim as your own work without prior written consent from Nichijou Japan ID.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products allowing instant access upon purchase, our refund policy is as follows:

  • No Refunds will be issued once our system records that the product link or file has been successfully delivered and accessed by the user.
  • Refunds can only be processed in the event of a technical failure where it is proven that the digital product failed to be delivered to the user's provided email or account.

4. Social Media Content Usage (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)

We welcome and appreciate users who wish to review or feature our products on social media platforms. However, to protect the value of our products, the following conditions must be strictly met:

  • Mandatory Credit: You must tag, mention, or include a direct link to the official Nichijou Japan ID account in the video description or post.
  • Content Display Restriction: It is strictly prohibited to display the template or digital product in its entirety, or in such detail that would allow others to replicate the complete structure of the product.
  • Link Sharing Ban: You must not publish the original duplication/download link in the comments section, description, or your social media bio.

Violation of these terms will result in an immediate Copyright Strike or Takedown Notice filed directly to the respective platform.
